Christmas Day

Christmas Day was so much fun. It is always a busy day for us but we love it.
Brody and Baylee waiting for dad to wake up so we can all go down and see what Santa brought.
Brody got a model train set from Grandpa Jon and Grandma Diane. He was very excited about it and can't wait to turn it into a little town.
Baylee got a kitchen from Grandma and Grandpa, this is what kept me up all night getting it put together. She was so happy that the late night was worth it. That was the only thing she asked for this year everytime she saw Santa.
Dallas got a holster for his gun, and some new boots, he also got a bag for all his other gun equipment and an i-tunes gift card. Not very exciting to me but that is what he wanted.

I got some new boots, slippers, picture frames, a sewing machine case, 2 sweatshirts, and Dallas got me a cricut cake.
After we played with our presents for a little bit we had cinnamon rolls for breakfast then got ready to go to my parents house for more fun with all of my family.
Zoe got a bumbo and some fun baby toys and lots of new clothes.
We all finally gathered at my parents house and the kids all got to open their presents together, It was crazy. They all got spoiled so much. The girls got dress-up clothes and a bunch of other fun things. All the kids got cute snuggie type blankets that they love.
Here is all 4 grandbabies that were born this year. There is 1 more on the way in April and the 5 of them will all have so much fun together as they all get older. Zoe is going to be the only girl in the group so she will have lots of boys to watch out for her.
She has the cutest smile!! I love how happy Zoe is all the time! Of course she has her moments but I don't remember brody or Baylee smiling this much so early. This smile just melt my heart every day.

After my parents house we went to my Grandma Bodily's house for lunch. She always has tons of yummy food and we all love to talk and eat. Our favorite is her pull-apart rolls with hot gooey stickiness all over them. They are soo yummy!! She probably makes 10-12 trays of them and they go so fast as soon as they come out of the oven.

After Grandmas we went home and relaxed the rest of the day! Baylee was playing with her dressup clothes and wigs that she got and thought it would be fun to dress up Zoe too. It was so funny when I saw these 2 girls with wigs on. What fun these 2 sisters are going to have growing up together.
After we played and cleaned up a little from the Christmas tornado, Grandma Penny came over to watch the kids and Dallas and I went to see True Grit with all the other adults in my family. It was pretty good but a bit graphic.
Over all we had such an awesome Christmas this year. We have been very blessed and we are so thankful for all we have. I love this little family of mine and all of our extended family. Merry Christmas!

  1. I love the pic of Zoe and Baylee in the wigs. It is so funny! I thought that Zoe was a doll at first. They are so cute and will have a ton of fun playing together.
