Zoe's Special Day

2011 Started off great with Zoe's baby blessing on the 2nd. Dallas gave her such a beautiful blessing and she was such a good girl. I am so thankful for a husband who keeps himself worthy to hold the priesthood so that he can bless our family and others with it. I love him so much.

Me and my baby girl. She is so precious!
I had to get a full shot of her dress. It turned out perfectly.
Me, Zoe, and Grandma Bodily. My Grandma made this beautiful dress for Zoe! She is so talented and I love her so much!
After the blessing we had everyone over for lunch. We had our own version of Cafe Rio and it was so yummy. Thanks to everyone who helped with the food. We love all of our family and friends so much and we feel blessed to have you all in our lives. Thank you for supporting us and Zoe on this special day!
                                                   Grandma Penny and Auntie Kate
Grandpa Jerold and Grandma Valerie with their 10th grandchild!

Christmas Day

Christmas Day was so much fun. It is always a busy day for us but we love it.
Brody and Baylee waiting for dad to wake up so we can all go down and see what Santa brought.
Brody got a model train set from Grandpa Jon and Grandma Diane. He was very excited about it and can't wait to turn it into a little town.
Baylee got a kitchen from Grandma and Grandpa, this is what kept me up all night getting it put together. She was so happy that the late night was worth it. That was the only thing she asked for this year everytime she saw Santa.
Dallas got a holster for his gun, and some new boots, he also got a bag for all his other gun equipment and an i-tunes gift card. Not very exciting to me but that is what he wanted.

I got some new boots, slippers, picture frames, a sewing machine case, 2 sweatshirts, and Dallas got me a cricut cake.
After we played with our presents for a little bit we had cinnamon rolls for breakfast then got ready to go to my parents house for more fun with all of my family.
Zoe got a bumbo and some fun baby toys and lots of new clothes.
We all finally gathered at my parents house and the kids all got to open their presents together, It was crazy. They all got spoiled so much. The girls got dress-up clothes and a bunch of other fun things. All the kids got cute snuggie type blankets that they love.
Here is all 4 grandbabies that were born this year. There is 1 more on the way in April and the 5 of them will all have so much fun together as they all get older. Zoe is going to be the only girl in the group so she will have lots of boys to watch out for her.
She has the cutest smile!! I love how happy Zoe is all the time! Of course she has her moments but I don't remember brody or Baylee smiling this much so early. This smile just melt my heart every day.

After my parents house we went to my Grandma Bodily's house for lunch. She always has tons of yummy food and we all love to talk and eat. Our favorite is her pull-apart rolls with hot gooey stickiness all over them. They are soo yummy!! She probably makes 10-12 trays of them and they go so fast as soon as they come out of the oven.

After Grandmas we went home and relaxed the rest of the day! Baylee was playing with her dressup clothes and wigs that she got and thought it would be fun to dress up Zoe too. It was so funny when I saw these 2 girls with wigs on. What fun these 2 sisters are going to have growing up together.
After we played and cleaned up a little from the Christmas tornado, Grandma Penny came over to watch the kids and Dallas and I went to see True Grit with all the other adults in my family. It was pretty good but a bit graphic.
Over all we had such an awesome Christmas this year. We have been very blessed and we are so thankful for all we have. I love this little family of mine and all of our extended family. Merry Christmas!

Christmas Eve

On Christmas Eve we have Dallas' mom, brother and sister over for dinner and to open presents from the Family. We had a yummy honeybaked ham, potatoes, baked beans, rolls, rainbow jello and pumpkin pie. It was delicious!
The kids got spoiled by their Grandma and Aunt and Uncle it was a ton of fun and they loved all the fun things they got. I didn't get many pictures because Zoe was hungry and wanted attention but it was a very fun night. After all the cooking that day I didn't feel like making cookies so we left Santa some pumpkin chocolate chip bread instead. I think he liked it just as much as cookies because he ate it all. Then we got the kids in bed and Dallas and I finished cleaning up the house for Santa. We decided to put the kids presents from Dallas' dad together so they could play with them in the morning and that was crazy! I think Baylee's had 100 pieces at least and I ended up staying awake until about 3 in the morning. I couldn't leave it half way done. Boy was I glad when that was finally finished. I finally got to go to bed and wait for morning.

Baylee got a princess tent and some dress-up clothes. She loves playing dress-up!! Auntie Kate got Baylee and Zoe the cutest stuffed animal monsters from F.A.O. Schwartz when she went to New York and she got Brody some NYFD trucks and cars.
Brody got a Utes football jersey and he said that now he just needs the pads so he can play football. He is such a funny kid. He also got a sling shot from Uncle Ethan and he has strict rules to never shoot anything at anyone or he will get it taken away. What a fun Christmas Eve!!

Temple Square lights

This year we went to Temple Square to see the Christmas lights. We haven't taken the kids down before so they were very excited to go. We went on the 23rd and it was so busy. There were tons of people down there but we still had a lot of fun.

We walked down to try to see the nativity but we couldn't get anywhere near it.  Me and my kiddos, I love these kids so much!
Grandma Valerie told the kids to get a picture with baby Jesus so we tried but this is as good as we got.
Our cute family in front of the temple. I am so glad we can be together forever. We love to see the temple!
